Revise all documents and resubmit via email as individual pdf format files. All files should be in submitted in one email labelled your name_revisions in the subject line.
Save your final documents as YearLastNameNameofDocument :
- letter to reference/ request for recommendation
- Artist Statements (short and long) As separate documents
- Resume (whichever version you need for your application or the original assignment)
- Cover letter
Remember: label everything with your name and contact info. There should be no question as to whom these documents belong. Make sure all documents are at least in the same font, and even better, also in the same font size. Make sure your formatting is similar from one document to another.
